THE PHOTOS OF THE QUILTS I HAVE QUILTED

These are the photos of all of the quilts I have quilted on my amazing Handi Quilt Amara.  Some of these are my quilts, some are client quilts. All are lovingly cared for regardless. I have nicknamed my wonder machine Matilda. And of course all special ladies get an Instagram account. Matilda is no different. @MatildaHQ is her handle so I hope you might follow her and the journey this amazing machine is sharing with me.

One thing which is unique in my studio, is I welcome the quilter to join me in the studio when I quilt their quilts. I love being able to share the joy of quilting a quilt with people so they can actually see how the process works.  You will be able to see how the quilt is progressing and if you want you can change your mind as it progresses.  It has only happened once but the change made the quilt even more amazing and I welcome this interaction from clients.

The other thing I hate is waiting lists.  If you are bringing your quilt in, ideally I would be wanting to put that quilt on the frame that day. So you can get the quilt back in a few hours. I hate the notion of dropping quilts off and then you do not get to see them for weeks on end. The joy of being successful as so many incredibly talented long-arm quilters are, is they have waiting lists. I am hoping at some point I get one too, but even then you will have a wait but that will be the day you drop the quilt off so the quilt is with you during that wait period.

Alternatively if you do not want to be involved with the quilt process that is totally fine. You can drop your quilt off and come back when suits. I am happy to post quilts back or receive quilts in the mail. I can not say how many bad experiences I have had in the post, so this will be at the quilter's risk. We all have horror stories and I would hate to be responsible for this.  The costs will be added to your bill too. Sure you understand why and thank you in advance for your understanding.
